1.Analysis the market conditions; Information collection(customers,surroundings,etc); Have action plans for competitor shopping(key:promotion,price,cheap straighteners,top sales articles,etc); 2.Purchase: Suppliers selecting(key:establish and maintain the data base of suppliers); Evaluate the value and service of suppliers,eliminate the bad and selecting the good(key:products quality,price system,promotion,stock,etc.); Arrange the contract:negotiation and signing(key:quality,style,price,gross profit ,payment term,etc); Suppliers management; Alteration and termination; 3.Sales and operations: Sales data analysis; Annual sales budget and target setting; chi pink dazzle the display(key:according to the standard); Information feedback; Monitor the stock; Guarantee the quality of merchandising of my department; Brand promotion(key:choose media,show,etc) Check and maintain the environment(key:air-condition,lighting); Deal with customer`s complaint. 4.Make balance: Assist finance department to make balance. 5.Others: Hire, train, and manage my sales co-workers team; Work closely with team member.
