7 years experience on OEM customer management and Three years management experience being a Manager. Being a northface outlet to lead Microsoft account based team of 4 FAEs and Engineering &Quality supporting team to handle Global Quality issues; e.g. On site verification to northface outlet; 5C/8D review and approval and submission; Weekly concall with Microsoft to review OBA/ORT rejects, internal coordination for FAs improvements; any rework or screening arrangement in cheap northface jackets; World Wide RMA return arrangement; to successfully decreased 60% of LRR from 8000 to 3200; and build up and maintain a core team to positively support Microsoft Project; Achieve Microsoft quality project to drive zero excursion for CMs rejects with line down, or Continuity of Supply caused by Quality crisis; Successfully completed the new projects phase in to line for mass production
